Our Return Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Original packaging should be included when possible
- A proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (boardshorts) if the hygiene seal has been removed or broken.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request using the template below
- Wait for Approval: Our Philadelphia-based team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship Your Return: Once approved, ship your return to our warehouse using a trackable method
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the item/size/color you wish to exchange for
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
