Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our premium casual wear and want you to love every piece you purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, our straightforward return process makes it easy to exchange or return eligible items.

Our Return Policy

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • A proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear (boardshorts) if the hygiene seal has been removed or broken.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (see template below)
  2. Wait for Approval: Our Philadelphia-based team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, ship your return to our warehouse using a trackable method
  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate the item/size/color you wish to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs/duties fees are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
